Distribution Plan - Renewal Cancelation Request

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your existing Distribution Plus or Pro plan. Below are a few things to keep in mind before canceling your upcoming renewal:

  • Any previously blocked Channels will be unblocked and made available for licensing.
  • Your account will no longer have access to all Distribution Plus/Pro benefits (e.g., prioritized support, dedicated Acquisitions Manager, Blocked Channels).
  • For those on monthly plans, any used services included with your plan (title updates, title re-deliveries, scheduled release dates, etc.) may be subject to charge against future earnings if your subscription is canceled within a year (based on current Professional Services pricing).
  • We cannot offer refunds (we can only cancel your upcoming renewal.)
